How are our kits created?
Our kits are designed and produced by our team of Scientists. Each kit undergoes careful development and reviewed by experts in science, engineering, and arts to ensure the delivery of 100% safe and fun experiments.
What topics will be explored?

What ages are these kits for?
We have developed two subscription kits. One for children aged 4-8+ and the other for children aged 8-12+.
What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer flexible subscription plans to suit your needs: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual options are available.
I've already subscribed once and want to do so again. What should I expect?
When you start a new subscription plan, it will be considered as a new subscription for a different child, and you will receive the toys specific to that subscription plan.
Are these kits safe?
Our products are manufactured in Europe and comply with American and European standards. They are certified safe by independent third-party labs approved by the CPSC.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account, click on the “Manage subscription” button, and then select the plan(s) you wish to cancel. I have canceled my subscription and would like to resume it. What should I do?

Can I update my billing details?

Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, it will renew. Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle for the same duration as the initial subscription. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel the subscription before the new billing cycle begins.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for 4-8+ and 8-12+ subscriptions to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email notifying you that your kit has been shipped, along with its tracking code. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@science4youtoys.com or live chat for further information.
Can I rechedule my order?
Yes, you can. If you need to change the delivery date of your order, please get in touch with us via info@science4youtoys.com or live chat. Please make sure to contact us before the order's scheduled departure date, as indicated in your account area.

Can I buy it as a gift?
Certainly! If you'd like to purchase the first kit as a gift and hand-deliver it, please sign up with your address details. After signing up, you can then update the shipping address. To do this, please contact us via info@science4youtoys.com or live chat, and we will update the address for you as soon as possible.
What if there are missing items from my subscription kit?
If any parts or content are missing from your subscription kit, please contact us at info@science4youtoys.com or live chat. Let us know which kit you received and which parts are missing.
What if my susbcription kit arrives damaged?
If your subscription kit arrives damaged, please contact us at info@science4youtoys.com or live chat, and we will replace the damaged kit as soon as possible.
